Radar Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner for a Mid-Kent based, privately owned organisation. This role has been created due to continued and sustained growth, both in company size, turnover and profitability. Working closely with the SLT and key members of the finance function, the purpose of this role is to maximise cost savings through key initiatives and drive continuous improvement through operational and commercial functions of the organisation.

The Role: The purpose of this role is to coordinate closely with a variety of members from the Senior Leadership team to improve overall business performance, by maxismising profitability and increasing market share the how is to be defined by the successful candidate working closely with people at all levels, learning the physical operations and their impact on the numbers, not only will you be tasked with the business planning, but the delivery of plans and supporting of implementation both physically and in finance. This role is not a management position, however the senior level remit, high level of influence and expectation all means you have the ability to leverage off of other team members.

Profile:
Formally Qualified or QBE with relevant experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Significant experience in an operational environment, to include, Manufacturing, Logistics, Wholesale & Distribution, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Waste, FMCG, Fresh Produce. Prior experience in a similar role, to include, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant, Operations Accountant, FP&A, Commercial Finance Manager. Must be able to evidence where you have previously implemented financial models and business plans to significantly reduce costs, or improve margins, or increase market share. The ability to work autonomously is vital whilst there are large teams to work closely with, we expect this individual to lead on an array of initiatives, from proposal through to development and implementation. Experience in financial modelling developing existing, building from scratch, applying to a variety of settings for the use by different stakeholders. Senior stakeholder management is crucial, candidates must be able to demonstrate ownership of senior level relationships outside of finance. This also means being able to communicate at a variety of levels in a variety of ways is essential. On Offer:
