A Senior Finance Analyst is sought by one of the world's major music companies; they're home to some of the globe's best-known artists and they also operate several businesses designed to help aspiring artists take their music to a wider audience. They are actively growing their repertoire and seek a bright, driven qualified accountant to fill this Senior Finance Analyst role.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst will provide key analytical support to their discreet retail (inc. merchandising & licensing), ticketing & advertising divisions; duties will include:

Provide analysis & commentary on the performance of the retail, ticketing & advertising businesses. Prepare budgets & forecasts for revenue and cost areas of the above business units. Support the preparation of monthly numbers for (just) the retail business unit. Act as the Business Partner to non-finance managers; provide them with commercial analysis. Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system; develop processes & reporting as required. A broad range of ad hoc projects including financial modelling and developing new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Finance Analyst will:

Be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) who either qualified in practice or trained in industry. Possess an interest in the music industry and be keen to develop their career there. Boast strong numeracy & analytical skills and have the ability to work through complex problems. Seek a varied and hands-on role which is a mixture of both 'review' and 'do' Look to take advantage of significant opportunities for internal progression.

Salary: To GBP55000 + 15% bonus + excellent music company benefits
