About the Team

We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Risk/ Financial Risk Specialist to join the our Risk and Resilience function to lead in the end to end ICAAP process, Take on Oversight of the 2nd LoD across the banks key risks by performing firm-wide risk management activites and maintain the banks regulatory documents including ICAAP, RRP AND Risk Management Framework You will be joining a dynamic and exciting Shariah compliant UK Challenger Bank.

Role Overview

Conduct thorough assessments of 's risk exposure by analysing financial statements, market trends, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Monitor and evaluate risk factors to identify potential threats and opportunities.Identify emerging risks and evaluate their potential impact on business operations.Contribute to the design of stress tests and scenario analysis and assist with running of such to aid in the preparation of regulatory documents.Support with the production, review and reporting of risk management information, including status of the risk appetite dashboard, to key stakeholders and committees across the bank.Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the risk management framework. Develop and implement enhancements to risk assessment methodologies, reporting tools, and risk management systems.Build and maintain lasting working relationships with fellow employees and any relevant external contacts. Experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk Processes within a Financial Services CompanyEnd to End ICAAP ExperienceHands on Involvement in ICAAP completionExperience with updating and contributing towards Risk Management Framework, RRP and ILAAP.Experience in at least one of the following: credit, operational, market, and capital risk management.Highly proficient using Excel and other analysis toolsStatistical background to interpret data and produce reportsExcellent communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas/insights to non technical members of the teamIf this sounds like you, and you'd like to hear more about this fantastic opportunity, send over your CV and we will be in touch to run throrough all the details further!
