We are currently seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their successful multi-disciplinary team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Producing EcIA, Management Plans (e.g. CEMP, LEMP), Biodiversity Net Gain and EPS licence applicationsDesktop studies.Working with sub-contractors and a variety of other important work areas.Mentoring junior staff
To be considered you will need:
To be qualified to at least degree level in a relevant environmental subject.Hold one or more protected species licences.Relevant practical ecology experience in ecology consultancy.Experience in Phase 1 Habitat and Protected Species surveys, PEA, EcIA production and with HRAs and in liaising with professionals in other disciplines and roles.Membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g. CIEEM, Society for the Environment).Good proactive communication, organisational, team management and IT skills.Good Commercial awareness and client-consultant relationship management skills; andExcellent report-writing and technical proofing skills.Interested in this or other roles in ecology consultancy?
