I am looking to speak with a Senior Due Diligence consultant with extensive EHS compliance and legalisation experience that is now looking to join a global team to help broker major corporate M&A deals within the industrial sector.

As a Senior Due Diligence Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work out of Manchester but work on a global scale within global team. If you have industrial EHS compliance experience and looking to learn how to format this within a due diligence format, this will also be considered.

You will be brought in as a Senior Due Diligence Consultant engaged on development and delivery of environmental due diligence and ESG on strategic advisory projects.

Responsibilities include both office based and client facing tasks - Undertaking data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits and reporting, Identifying/assessing communicating environmental risks, environmental due diligence reports as well as Attending due diligence client/deal team calls etc.
