The Role
Web Analytics – Analysing the customer journey through the website and platform using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Server–Side).Measurement/Optimisation – Setting up A/B tests to measure and test how users are interacting with different pages and how that impacts the user journey.Customer journey analysis – Identifying what channels customers are coming from, and analyzing where customers are dropping off or ending their journey.Personalization – Trying to personalize customer experience and creating recommendations through the app and platform Your skills and experience
