Our client is hiring now for Senior Customer Service Coordinators - could this be you?!

KEY INFORMATION:

Offering a salary of GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 per annum based on experience Located near Walsall, West Midlands Permanent, full-time contract Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week) May require occasional weekend phone cover REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 2 years experience in the transport / logistics industry A minimum of 1 years experience in management including handling disciplinaries Should be an excellent team player with experience of successfully motivating teams Must have a valid National CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) Should offer strong transport, logistics, and local geographical knowledge Must be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office applications Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills Must demonstrate great relationship, people, and resource management skills Should be adaptable to changing priorities and business needs Must be highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines Experience within the waste management industry is advantageous Must be a great team player who can motivate others well DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating other members of staff in line with business demands Effectively handling customer enquiries and complaints by phone or email Ensuring industry-related compliance is followed by all members of staff Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary procedures as required Effectively managing a team of operational staff with their day-to-day tasks Completing relevant audits which are typically every 6 months Developing, mentoring, and training junior staff members as required Encouraging improved team performance to meet company-led targets and KPIs Multitasking whilst working to strict deadlines and changing priorities Identifying areas of improvement within the operational delivery of services Providing cover for other Senior Management staff during absences
