THE COMPANY

This FinTech focuses on providing a wide range of resources and credit loans to a wide range of businesses. They focus on short-term investments and are currently looking for a creative and passionate senior credit manager who will strive to impact and grow the company for the foreseeable future.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

Help drive the models created by the data scientistsImplement innovative solutions to solve difficult problemsLooking over scorecards and enhancing their optimizationContinuously encouraging improvement in the performance and results of the teamImplementing and understanding machine learning strategies to encourage a swift end-to-end data framework SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, a similar relevant field, or equivalent experience is required4+ years of experience working in risk analytics and optimizing strategies for a Fintech or a traditional lender is essentialExperience with Python and/or SQL is desirableUnderstanding different statistical methodologies, being able to analyze and improve each oneA passion for problem-solving and helping others do so as well SALARY AND BENEFITS
