Hands-on experience is a must with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Vectorworks. As a proven Senior Creative Designer, you will play a key role in promoting both our company and our valued clients.

Senior Creative Designer Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead and manage creative strategy for diverse projects, incorporating strategy, digital and brand design, and technology.Collaborate with the sales department on marketing plans, results analysis, and identifying opportunities.Influence creative strategy for design solutions, guiding the team to develop engaging and compelling concepts.Evaluate and refine the design team's work against project objectives.Promote the importance and value of design externally, taking a lead role in client-facing and account management activities.Perfect pitches, investigate non-pitch opportunities, and advocate a strategy for minimizing competition.Identify and implement streamlined approaches, opportunities for growth, and strategic partnerships.Raise the profile of the company through effective branding and design initiatives.Develop and assess the design team, including early-stage recruitment. Senior Creative Designer Key Skills:

Exemplary communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills.10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate settings.Proven experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels.Strong creative vision, leadership, and organisational skills.Hands-on experience with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign and Vectorworks.
