Salary up to 34k dependant on experience + uncapped commission

Must hold a full UK drivers licence

Responsibilities:

-Visiting new and existing clients to build a clear picture of their needs

-Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.

-Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements

-Support recruitment team in order to help them to achieve sales and service delivery targets

-Drive sales initiatives and strategies to maximise sales opportunities

-Create and deliver a local sales strategy

-Promote cross sales

-Deliver performance improvement of individuals via formal and informal training

-Monitor staff performance via regular formal appraisals and Target reviews

-Be known by all user clients through constant contact and rapport building

-Deliver excellent customer service through your people

-Plan the branch activity and set objectives for the week

-Attend and participate in monthly operations meeting, reporting on your business

-Comply to all legal areas
