They are presently seeking a full-time Senior Commercial Fee Earner to join our esteemed Corporate & Commercial team, presenting a compelling opportunity to contribute to the future and expansion of our Commercial division.
With a current team of 6 fee earners, the Commercial team collaborates with both household brand names and owner-managed businesses on a comprehensive range of commercial law matters. This spans from simple Terms and Conditions to complete outsourcing arrangements in regulated sectors. The team is actively involved in cross-border projects, coordinating with local counsel to ensure efficient project management and cost control. Areas of focus include software, manufacturing, technology, and financial services businesses. Embracing technology, including AI, is integral to our strategy to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
We seek candidates who are experts in commercial law, possessing experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. A proven track record of successful business development initiatives and sustained client generation is essential. Candidates should be driven to contribute to the growth of our existing commercial law offerings, with the potential for quick promotion to Partner for the right candidate with a substantial following.
This role is ideal for candidates with well-rounded academic qualifications and a solid background in Commercial law gained at a Legal 500/Chambers ranked firm or within an equivalent in-house legal team. While 10+ years of relevant PQE is desired, we welcome applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.
