Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a small, progressive insurance company.

Must have between 3-5 years commercial / general insurance brokerage experience to be considered.

The successful candidate wiill be a good all rounder, with strong general insurance brokerage experience in all areas, with a broad knowledge of all Commercial Insurances too, including New Business, Renewals and MTA's in the following areas:

Property OwnersCommercial CombineShops/OfficesCombined LiabilityProfessional IndemnityDirectors & Officers/Management LiabilityMarineCyber This senior role also offers quick progression to management level with a year, so you will get the opportunity to run the brokerage and manage the office. Therefore, you must be ambitious and looking to progress into a senior role where you will get to manage a small team (up to 4 staff), and be involved in staff training, development, compliance and dealing with technical issues.

Initially you will be running your own commercial accounts and working as part of the team.

The Person:

Must be ambitious and looking to progress into a management role quickly.

Team player, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficient in IT

Strong all-round insurance broker skills and experience.

Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5.30 pm

Salary: GBP40,000 pa to GBP50,000 pa negotiable depending on experience + benefits package to be discussed
