We have a fantastic new Senior Category Manager role to share with you, which would offer an experienced FMCG category management professional a exciting new career move in 2024.

As Senior Category Manager you will drive insight and actions from analysis of the market and consumer data/ identified market trends. You will develop category leadership and influence through best in class customer engagement and build trust across key customer contacts, to influence the core categories for the business. You'll provide category reviews, range reviews, new product presentations and customer specific work including promotional analysis, total category recommendations.

You will unlock bespoke opportunities to deliver innovative activation with strategic customers and contribute to commercial strategy development. You will create category collateral, improve ways of working and unlock new business.

We are looking you a strong FMCG Category Manager with both Branded and OL experience and with proven experience of a creating and managing winning strategies in a top 4 retailer. Our client is looking for a someone with a mix of creativity/ storytelling, but passion for analysing and interpreting data including one of/ all of Dunnhumby, Tesco link, Retail Link, or sales out.

This is a prominent role both internally and externally, so excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to turn insights into compelling actions.
