Our client is a Residential Care Home seeking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant. This role is also open for candidates who are willing to relocate to Guernsey.

Overall purpose of the role:

To provide a professional service for the care and the wellbeing of all their residents on a personal level and to undertake other duties as directed by the management. To have a consistent positive attitude showing a respect for the on-going development of a person-centred culture within the home.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

• Minimum VQ Level 3 in Healthcare or possibly a Nurse with relevant qualifications

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.

• A positive, respectful, helpful and compassionate attitude.
