We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to continue to drive the growth of the business.
As a Senior Business Development Manager you will play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy for a range of security products. You will identify new business opportunities, and foster relationships with clients to ensure the successful growth of our clients security products and services division.
Location: South of UK, to cover a national territory
Salary: Competitive salary, excellent compensation package with performance-based incentives.
Day to day you will develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate and expand our clients services into the market, with a focus on the public sector. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have/be:
Proven experience in solutions sales, with a strong track record of selling contracts of GBP50k-1m into the public sector. The ability to meet and exceed targets. In-depth knowledge of security products, solutions, and the broader security industry. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
