Goodman Masson is collaborating with a prominent membership body to secure a dynamic Senior Business Change Analyst for engaging initiatives within the Digital Transformation strategy

Salary: Circa 54,000 per annum

Duration: 18 month fixed-term contract

Location: Central London (minimum on-site expectation twice per week)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in:

Leading the application of business analysis techniques, models, methods, and standards to deliver a solution-focused approach to business needsProviding support through the change programme as new applications and solutions are implementedCollaborating with stakeholders to shape requirements and align them with the Digital Transformation strategyManaging small, IT-focused projectsThe ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, with a focus on application development or implementation projectsProficiency in change management principlesExposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems (highly desirable)Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence others
