A Senior Accounts Manager opportunity within an established growing Chartered Accountancy & Business Advisory Practice offering potential future career progression to Director.

The firm advises clients ranging from SME and Owner-Managed businesses through to larger Group organisations and provides its clients with a broad range of services including Audit / Accounts, Tax Advisory, Outsourced Financial Management and Corporate Finance Advisory solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A Senior Accounts Manager opportunity has arisen within the firms SME / Business Services team offering a chance to work closely with entrepreneurial growth clients and progress to Director in the future.

As Senior Accounts Manager your role will involve:

Working closely with SME and Mid-market corporate clients (c.GBP100k - GBP10m t/o) across traditional and high-growth sectorsManaging a team of Client Accountants and overseeing delivery of services to a portolio of small business clientsPreparing Annual Accounts, Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts and regular Business Analysis reports for client management teamsReviewing Accounts and Bookkeeping work carried out by TraineesAssisting a Director with ad hoc projects including business planning, due diligence and business and asset sales / acquisitions as and when requiredWorking alongside Directors in a focused and close-knit team environment with autonomy over your areas of responsibility Benefits will include:

You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following:

ACA / ACCA Qualified (or QBE)Background within Accountancy Practice (c.5 years minimum)Experience of preparing Management Accounts, Year-End Accounts and Tax ComputationsExperience of working with SME and Entrepreneurial growing businessesAmbition and career drive to progress within a versatile growing Accountancy & Advisory Firm.
