Position: Accounts Senior

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP45,000

What will your role entail?

Managing a varied range of clients including sole traders, limited companies, partnerships, and groups.Preparation of financial accounts for a diverse range of clients, along with corporation and personal tax complianceReviewing the work performed by other junior team members.Providing training and support to new and existing team members as needed within the firmPreparation of management accounts for a diverse range of clientsXero projects including training clients and migrationsLiaising with HMRC with regards to VAT and CIS mattersWork and plan to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the development of the overall business.Work closely with the partners in driving the business forward What experience will you have?

ACA or ACCA qualified, or due to qualify within the next few months (study support will be considered, if applicable)Have experience of working in practice, ideally 3 years+Experience of using cloud software, preferably certified with XeroEnergetic self-starter who is happy to take responsibilityExcellent time management and organisation skillsComfortable working to deadlinesExcellent IT skills What will you get in return?
