My client is a Not for Profit, international relief charity based in Manchester. They were established in the 1990s, targeted to poverty relief programmes and emergency response. They strengthen the fight against poverty and natural disaster but providing immediate relief and development programmes.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant will include, but may not be limited to;

Creating and analysing weekly/ monthly financial reportsConducting monthly reviews on all management accountsPreparing end of year financial statementsPreparing stakeholder reportsDeveloping robust financial controlsSupporting in cash-flow, budget and forecastsAppraising the financial status of grant applications.Profile

The successful candidate as a Senior Accountant must possess the following skill set and experience.

Not for Profit and Charities backgroundPart qualified Accountancy Ability to commute to CheadleMinimum of 3 years experience within Accounting Ability to formulate strategies and concepts Supervisory and leadership background Able to deliver results and meeting Stakeholders needs.Job Offer
