You must be:

Confident dealing with all methods of written and verbal communicationHave full technical and product knowledge along with financial understanding of claim reserving and settlementManage claims involving theft damage, fire and be capable of negotiating total loss settlements.Ensure all indemnity requirements are adhered to.To continually adhere to client and business specific protocols, SLA and best practiceMaking payments where required / maintaining recordsResponding to correspondence received from customers, third parties, Insurers and Brokers We are looking:
