Sanza Teaching Agency is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the Lewisham Borough. This two-form entry primary school boasts a well-established and fully equipped SEN resource base, catering to the diverse needs of its students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with special educational needs.

Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Support pupils in accessing the curriculum, adapting materials as necessary.

Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support individual learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
