As schools are getting ready to go back to school the demand for TeachingAssistant is increasing. We work with a variety of mainstream and specialist schools in your area so rest assured we will be able to support with finding the work that's right for you!
Job Requirements:
Experience working with children who have complex emotional needsThe ability to recognise situations and ensure de-escalation before disruptionMaintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessaryDemonstrate an understanding of how pupils learn and how to meet their individualrequirementsA genuinelevelofcare and want for helping students thriveCreating a positive and inclusive learning environment for studentswithspecialneeds Typical Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-16:00Salary: GBP80-GBP90Availability: Full-Time (Preferred)
