As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour plans.Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting learning materials as needed.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support.Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the SEN team. Requirements:

Previous experience working with or supporting students with SEN is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications or training in special education or related fields.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
