Tradewind is working with a supportive SEN School located in Ware Hertfordshire to appoint a teacher for a contract to permanent contract following the Christmas break or from February half term. With part and full time roles available and the option to work on an initial, no obligation short term contract basis this is a great opportunity for teachers at a cross road in their career or those looking to obtain QTS via assessment routes.
Due to expansion and the request to increase their intake by the local council the school have space to appoint two new teachers from January on a fixed term to permanent contract!
SEN Teacher - 2 vacancies open to Primary or Secondary specialists or HLTA's looking for progression
Permanent Long-Term posts - paying MPS 1-6 plus SEN Points - GBP160 to GBP230 per day

The School - SEN Teacher
Located in Ware, this is a large SEN School for pupils of secondary age working through a primary and blended curriculum. The school is well known across Hertfordshire for it's specialist approach to teaching students with ASD and communication issues along with complex learning difficulties. Having consistently grown in capacity over the last 3 yeas the school are looking to appoint another 2 teachers at any stage of their career who have a passion for supporting SEN children.
Role requirements for the SEN Teachers
Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience. ORHLTA experience with the desire to progress onto teacher trainingSEMH issues are commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required.Support is offered in abundance including multiple LSA's in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.A great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils is necessary!
