We have no kids or pet, We live alone and we have a self -contained brand new studio available Downstairs.

This room has it's own brand new kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

This is the ONLY room downstairs cos the remaining five rooms are upstairs, so you have 1000% Privacy.

Items provided in the room are: Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Wardrobe, Bed, Desk and Chair.

This is available preferably to a working professional. It's a big room with a small double bed there just to make it roomy.

We prefer someone quiet and who likes their own space and privacy.

Price was £850 but has been REDUCED to £750 Per month; rent covers electricity, water, council tax and fast Wi-Fi.

(Refundable deposit is one month rent)
