The Role: We are currently seeking flexible, adaptable, and genuinely enthusiasticindividuals to join our private care team in Verwood, Dorset.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be working with a disabled individual in their home.We are looking for motivated, organised self–starters who can follow instructions,collaborate effectively, and provide support with administrative tasks if required.

Whilst we are looking for weekend cover as a priority, this is a flexible and dynamicrole and are looking for individuals with a diverse range of availability so if you areinterested regardless of personal circumstances, do feel enabled to reach out assoon as possible.

Main Duties:

Support the individual with daily tasks, personal care, and any administrativeduties if necessaryTo support the individual with work duties and travel if requiredMaintain an inclusive approach and respect the individuals choices andagencyCover weekday and/or weekend shifts with flexibility, subject to availability Personal Qualities and Attributes required:

No prior experience necessary, training will be providedFull UK driving license and a confident driverAccess to own transport recommended due to locationMust be comfortable with small dogsConfident with taking photographs on a mobile phone and supporting theindividual with their personal presentation including hair (desirable, but notessential) Respectful of confidentiality and privacy Responsible, reliable and trustworthy Respectful of dignity and independence Good communication skills and social skills Punctual, reliable and flexible Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check, your employer may alsoask for you to supply references.
