What's the job?

This will see you taking full responsibility for the production of seedling plugs on this 20-acre impressive glasshouse site.

You'll be identifying any issues, managing germination processes as well as developing procedures and best working practices.

Whilst doing this, you'll also get to contribute to development of their product range through working with seed breeders and suppliers.

You'll manage a team of 2, which is due to expand as the production scale does, to make sure everything is done efficiently.

To do this role, you'll already have commercial nursery experience and ideally have knowledge in seed production.

You will already know the importance of producing quality stock, and the challenges associated this, but you're already looking for the next step and want the chance to make change.
