JOB TITLE: Security Supervisor

LOCATION: Allianz House

SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, 48 hours per week

PAY RATE: 15.00 per hour

ABM UK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of security services to the standards required by ABM UK within the designated location of the Elephant Park Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the security team and ensuring all staff are meeting their roles and responsibilitiesManaging staff attendance and absence records in accordance with company policiesConducting daily audits to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained throughout the estateRecruiting and developing security staff, including training and customer service trainingEnsuring all assignment instructions and risk assessments are up to dateDelivering excellent communication and motivation to all staffBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partnersRequired Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a security supervisory role, preferably within a similar environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyHigh level of attention to detail and customer care awarenessFamiliarity with patrolling and monitoring from a loss prevention aspectConfidence in complying with health and safety and fire prevention proceduresRequirements
