We are looking to recruit a Security Officer to join our team who will contribute towards the continuous delivery of our secure service.

Location: Northampton

Salary: from GBP21,562 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours contract - shift cover 24/7

The Role

As a key member of the St. Andrew's security team your key responsibilities will be maintaining security systems and records. Duties will include key management, processing staff and visitors, managing and responding to all emergency incidents including fire and intruder alarms.

We are looking for someone with:

Working knowledge or experience in working in the healthcare sector or similarWorking knowledge or experience in working in the security fieldTo have a good working knowledge of working security systems.Demonstrate good communication skillsDemonstrate clear verbal and written skillsBe flexible, reliable and able to work a 12 hour shift pattern on either days or nightsYou will have a strong customer focusBe able to show initiative, whilst adhering to the policies and procedures that ensure a safe environment and compliance with secure standardsESSENTIAL - You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence Applications are welcome from well-motivated individuals, who are flexible, able to demonstrate initiative and who possess excellent communication skills.
