We work with schools across Sussex and as a result we are looking for candidates to join our team to provide quality cover whether it's day to day or long term.

We welcome ECTs onto our team as well as experienced teachers and we are looking for teachers with a range of subject specialisms, including but not limited to:

MathsEnglishScience – all specialismHumanities – All specialismsPEMFL You will suit this team if you:

Have qualified teaching status or equivalentHave a DBS on the update service or a willingness to gain oneHave right to work in the UK, unfortunately Reed cannot sponsor to work in the UKBe flexible and willing to support in a range of schools and have an open minded approach to the school dayHave excellent behaviour management skills and be willing to uphold positive behaviour expectation and challenge the negative behaviour in the classroomHave excellent experience teaching your subject and also covering generally in classroomsHave excellent communication skills and use these to communicate back to class teachers and SLT where necessary Reed offers:
