Our client is seeking a search consultant to join their leading team based in Leeds. The main purpose for this role is to support with all new searches and ensure they are processed correctly. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with new clients to ensure a high quality service is provided.
Responsibilities include:
Efficient review if orders and processing in a timely manner
Answer customer queries via email or on the telephone
Log customer queries onto the in house system
Maintenance of the database
Communicate with relevant teams
Maintain a high level of knowledge for the services provided

Ability to learn new systems
