Leaders in Care is looking to recruit a Scrub Nurse to work with a market leading private healthcare specialist in Oxford. This full-time Scrub Nursing role is based in a state-of-the-art day surgery clinic and offers an attractive salary of up to 44,100p/a and fantastic benefits.

As a dedicated Scrub Nurse, you will work with the newest technologies and support consultants and the wider healthcare team to deliver various procedures in theatre. With 50 hospitals and clinics currently providing services across the UK, you will join the company during an exciting growth phase offering massive scope for development.

Ensure the best possible person-centred care is deliveredUndertake pre-and post-operative observationsAssist with specialist procedures in the theatre roomEnsure that all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the hospitalTo succeed in this Scrub Nursing job, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP Practitioner with a current NMC PIN or HCPC registration. You will also require the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and a passion for high-quality patient-centred care. In addition, you must be quick thinking and able to solve problems under pressure. Scrub Nurse experience is preferable but not essential.
