Here at Scotdraw we have over 35 years experience and specialise in providing drawings to aid our clients in obtaining a Building Warrants, Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent. We also carry full Professional indemnity insurance for your security and peace of mind.

We prepare all necessary Architectural drawings, specifications and even assist by filling in all the forms for you. All you need to do is decide what you are after and we’ll prepare your drawings and forms on that basis.

All drawings prepared in a fast and efficient manner. We know you’re busy so won’t take up more of your time than is necessary.

We provide you a fixed fee payable upon lodging of application. No nasty hidden extras, ever.
