Description

My client is recruiting for a Science Graduate for a Product and Sales / Account Development Executive, this role would be ideal for a recent graduate with a background in science. This position encompasses various responsibilities in the areas of sales and product development, targeting a diverse range of markets.

Key Responsibilities

You will be involved in managing client relationships and exploring potential sales opportunities in a specialised product category across various markets. The role also involves account management and potential international travel for market expansion.

Qualifications and Attributes

My client is seeking an individual with a science-based degree who possesses the capability to grasp the understanding of earth-related chemistry/biology and agricultural concepts. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills along with great IT skills is essential, including proficiency in leveraging social media and modern technology to promote the brand.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for success in sales, providing technical recommendations to clients. Key skills include the ability to capture the attention of potential customers, present a professional image, and adeptly address customer concerns. Active contribution to online material development is expected, and a proactive attitude toward sales success is crucial.

Job Overview

The primary focus of this role is to develop and manage sales accounts for nutrient boosters in designated regions. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, converting prospects into customers, and creating effective customer-facing sales materials. The job holder will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and will be actively involved in on-site visits, shows, and seminars.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a team player with excellent time management skills and have strong communication skills in both verbal and written. A commercial mindset aligned with our company's goals of increasing profitable sales through quality products and exceptional customer service is paramount. You will be expected to travel within the UK and internationally, so a valid driving license and passport is required.

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Competitive salary of 28k coupled with an OTE that can extend up to 40k
