Office Angels is currently offering a compelling opportunity for an experienced School Administrator to join a dedicated team at a local primary academy. The academy is committed to providing the best possible education for its pupils.
The ideal candidate will have prior Administration experience and will ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or above in Business Administration. While previous experience in a school/education setting is not essential, it would be advantageous.
The school we are supporting are looking for a positive, solution-focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders. The role involves direct liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will promote and support the vision of the school and Trust, by providing day-to-day support for all users. The role requires the resilience to undertake difficult conversations in a calm and assertive manner. School offices are dynamic environments, and effective prioritisation and organisational skills are advantageous.
The ideal start date for this permanent role is ASAP. A short notice period is highly beneficial; however, as it is a permanent role, a 4-week notice can be considered for the right candidate.
