We are seeking a Sixth Form Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a school based in Sutton. This pivotal role involves managing student records, organising events, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sixth Form department.
Job details - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, assessments, and progress reports Coordinate and assist in organising events, workshops, and activities for Sixth Form students Support administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and filing Assist with admissions processes and communicate with prospective students and parents Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure efficient operation of the Sixth Form department Provide information and support to students regarding academic queries or administrative needs Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in office software and database management Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits:
