As a Scheduler you will be dealing with a high volume of calls from customers and liaising with technicians out on the road to provide an smooth installation process!

You will be planning and scheduling the routes of technicians out on the road working in a fast paced environment ensuring an exceptional level of service.

The role will be dealing with a high volume of queries ensuring a high level of service and maintaining 5 star customer ratings the business holds!

Previous scheduling experience this could be from a range of industries
