Your Role

As a Scenic Project Manager, you will be the visionary, leading projects from conception to the grand finale.Your responsibilities include:

Project Excellence: Ensure every project shines, exceeding client expectations by leveraging company resources to deliver top-notch results. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, attending site visits and meetings to understand their dreams, deadlines, and requirements. Creative Interpretation: Translate project briefs into accurate quotations and initial drawings, showcasing your creative flair. Efficient Budgeting: Cost and budget each project accurately using their excellent Rental Management software. Design Mastery: Produce detailed construction drawings with Autocad, communicating your vision to the project, scenic, and tech teams. Logistical Prowess: Manage logistics efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring optimal use of resources. On-site Leadership: Lead teams on-site, overseeing every aspect from load-in to load-out, acting as a dedicated ambassador for the company.Relationship Building: Build lasting quality relationships with clients, suppliers, and venues,

About You

Strong background in scenic construction for live events.Proficiency in Autocad and knowledge of resistant materials.Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail.Enthusiastic, eloquent, and adept at client interaction.Happy to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.Full driving license preferred.
