Hi I've been looking for a property to rent and was approached by a person named Vivienne woodcock who states she had property to rent but then stated she wants £500 to secure a viewing but i did the check on the property she tried to rent me and it is a residential home with separate rooms but after fully checking i found out she doesn't own any property in that area please don't fall for anything like this or give Vivienne woodcock any money she will also send fake tenancy agreement through pdf dont fall for it i have contacted the police and gumtree
