We have an exclusive Saw Operator role to join a growing manufacturing business based in the Paddock Wood area.

This role would suit someone with some experience using hand tools or operating a saw within a manufacturing environment, looking for a stable opportunity for the long term with a view to development, or someone who has worked within a similar role extensively who wants a good local business t6o work for.

A day in the life of a Saw Operator here will mean:

Safely and efficiently operating the saw. Working accurately, and with minimal waste, from technical drawings Working to targets in a fast paced workshop environment. Understanding and working within Health and Safety guidelines and procedures. Operating a forklift within the workshop environment. Conducting routine machine maintenance. Contributing to the cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of the workshop.

To bag yourself an interview for this Saw Operator role, you will have/be:

Experience operating a saw, or similar hand tools/machinery, within a manufacturing workshop environment. A practical, methodical, and proactive attitude. A good level of physical fitness. The ability to read technical drawings Energetic, with the ability to work within a fast paced, target driven environment. Stable and reliable, seeking a long term opportunity. The right to work in the UK no sponsorship opportunities are available for this role A driving licence and own vehicle this is essential due to location, so please do not apply if you do not have your own transport
