Sash Window Hardware - enough for 12 windows (Will Split) –

In Polished Brass / Brass Plate. Lockable Latch

Believed to come from Caldwell UK.

Latch cover, Lifts and Pole Hook all in Cast Brass, other items are brass plated.

Solid kit – Latch weighs 240 grams / Sash Lift 51 grams / Pole Hook 44 grams.

Good Condition (some small marks that should polish out) - Came off windows on a three years old house, changed to another finish for decorative reasons.

Note 1 – For fitting – Keep plates need 30mm depth of timber (You might cut them down and drill new fixing holes if you have less).

Note 2 - I will split into 4 window sets at £ 50 each. (9 piece kit for 4 windows = 36 pieces - as in main image.
