Experienced full lifecycle SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant with experience of working with ECC and ideally S4 projects implementations. Works with client and team to gather and analyse business requirements for the implementation, support and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance, and the flexibility / willingness to explore other areas of SAP, other Logistics related functionality. Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements.

Individual will hold BPSS or meet criteria to hold. This includes having valid Right to Work and having lived in the UK for the last 5 years.

Essential Job Functions

Business requirements capture and review

Detailed design solutioning, documenting and presentation

Hands on solution build, configuration documentation, functional specification for developments.

Collaboration with the SAP implementation team for assisting with cross system integration and design/solution walkthrough.

Workshop facilitation, document and team leadership, and customer SME guidance.

Unit and Integration Testing preparation, test scripting, data preparation, results documentation, defect management and end state reporting.

Train/Guide the tester capability User Acceptance Testing preparation and support.

Support definition and delivery of data migration.

Support definition and delivery of implementation cut-over activities.

Initial post go-live support, knowledge transfer and handover to BAU.

Basic Qualifications

5 years of Plant Maintenance experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience

Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives

Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.

Good problem solving skills to identify, analyze and solve complex business application problems in an ERP environment

Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients

Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities

Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment

Work Environment

Primary remote working environment with potential for occasional onsite travel depending on project needs

May require evening or weekend work dependent on project needs
