Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: Up to 55k
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day management and on-going development of the account management team.
Generating sales in accordance with the performance targets set individually and by department by the Company, whilst maintaining the required compliance
Recruitment of Customer Account Managers who fit with the Company's values
Developing and delivering a training and monitoring plan for all Sales staff
Coaching staff, regular 1:2:1's, annual reviews and performance management
Meet KPI's to ensure that the Company does not suffer wastage in the Sales function, and staff underperformance may be addressed
Ensure client's best interests are met at all times and integrity, compliance, and case quality is met and adhered to
Monitoring staff performance against established KPI's to ensure adherence to expected behaviours (listen to calls and work with QA team)
Ensuring all existing and potential client data obtained by way of day to day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to
Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to
Producing daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports
Utilisation of diaries to ensure full visibility of daily activities for self, team and Company wide
Continuously motivate the team to ensure low turnover, absence and achievement of sales targets
Any other duties as required
