THE SALES SUPPORT ADMONISTRATOR ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Sales Support Administrator who will take responsibility for supporting the Sales Team in driving sales upwards.
DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls
Accurately processing orders
Keeping the Sales team updated with all required information
Ensuring customers are kept fully updated on all orders, pricing and queries
Outgoing sales support phone calls
All admin tasks to support the sales team
Effectively liaise with end users, Dealers and Distributors
Ensuring Sales KPIs are recorded and hit
You will be required to take full ownership for your area of responsibility and updating the CRM system to capture projects, support sales and help deliver a great customer experience.

Additional Information:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17.00
Job Type: Full-time
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 commensurate with experience.
