Badger Associates is working in partnership with our client, Scooterpac. We are seeking a Workshop Engineer to join this family owned, fast growing business. Their success is built on outstanding customer service, commitment to excellence and a great team culture.

THE COMPANY

We supply a small range of unique, innovative products to mobility retailers, and distributors.

THE SALES SUPPORT ADMONISTRATOR ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Sales Support Administrator who will take responsibility for supporting the Sales Team in driving sales upwards.

DUTIES:

Answering incoming calls

Accurately processing orders

Keeping the Sales team updated with all required information

Ensuring customers are kept fully updated on all orders, pricing and queries

Outgoing sales support phone calls

All admin tasks to support the sales team

Effectively liaise with end users, Dealers and Distributors

Ensuring Sales KPIs are recorded and hit

You will be required to take full ownership for your area of responsibility and updating the CRM system to capture projects, support sales and help deliver a great customer experience.

You will:

Have a high attention to detail and accuracy and be able to actively listen to customer needs and find a solution for them

Have excellent IT capabilities. Previous CRM experience is an advantage.

Be a fast worker, and get tasks done quickly.

Additional Information:

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17.00

Job Type: Full-time

GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 commensurate with experience.
