SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS INITIALLY - 220 PER DAY - BIRMINGHAM
A fantastic Birmingham based client in the Technology space are currently searching for multiple Sales Support Administrators to join them on an initial contract basis. The role will be based in Birmingham 4 days per week, with remote work likely at a later date, post training.
Key details of the role below:
You will be supporting the Sales teams with administration, data preparation and query resolution to support their engagements with customers. You should be proficient using Excel and have a strong customer service mindset.
The role:
Review requests for Customer Information to support the preparation of accurate data validation and Renewal information prior to booking Review and resolve exceptions on orders identified as needing manual review and validation Work with impacted teams to resolve order issues in a timely manner prior to booking Assist quote to cash teams, including Sales and Sales Ops, as needed to proactively configure orders correctly or with sales scenarios of additional complexity You will have:
Detail oriented with a high level of attention to detail to drive accuracy Self-Motivated working well under pressure and meeting deadlines A Team Player with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships Proactively suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy & efficiency Experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations or Customer Services preferred but not required Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar preferred but not required SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS INITIALLY - 220 PER DAY - BIRMINGHAM
