Sales Progressor The Part Time Sales Progressor is responsible for progressing the sale of a property through the sales process. This includes liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors in the chain, as well as managing all paperwork and documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

Liaise with Sellers, buyers and solicitors and mortgage companies in the chain Manage all paperwork and documentation Progress the sale of property through the sales process Ensure that all deadlines are met Resolve any issues that arise during the sales process The Ideal candidate will have:

1–2 years of experience in a sales progression role Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Be understanding and supportive Hours:

Mon–Thursday 9 – 4pm ( We can be flexible on hours )

Salary:

Between GBP14,872 – GBP16,224 per annum ( GBP11/GBP12 an hour depending on experience.
