Our client is a leading Estate Agency seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Progressor. You will be required to lead the team to achieve seamless support for the sales agents with high levels of attention to detail and organisation.

Key responsibilities

Manage sales progression through to completion. Achieve team service level agreements. Build strong relationships with sales agents. Manage, coach, and develop colleagues with your expert knowledge. Be fanatical about accuracy and data quality.

Qualification and Requirements

3 years experience of Estate Agency sales progression Proven success at managing a team. To be able to demonstrate drive and determination. To be able to confidently manage efficiency and improvement.
