Sales Negotiator - Grayshott (Surrey)

Salary: Basic GBP20-25K (DOE) OTE GBP35K

Our client is an independent estate agent who have a dominant presence in the local area as the leading Estate Agency and hold a strong reputation for delivering excellence.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their established and successful office in Grayshott.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year estate agency experience and have a real passion for the job.

In return, you will be rewarded with a fantastic OTE plus you get the benefit of having every other weekend off, while only working a 5 day week.

Responsibilities:

Registering applicants and greeting customers Negotiating sales Progress sales through to completion. Conduct viewings with potential buyers Canvassing to generate new business Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face KEY REQUIREMENTS:

18 months Estate Agency sales experience required Must have your own car Sales Negotiator Role:
