Your days as a Sales Negotiator will be busy and varied and will include:

Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details Business Development; valuation, mortgage & solicitor leads Manage client lists & phone out new property listings Booking viewings and carrying out viewings Keeping accurate records Negotiating offers Providing excellent customer service Building long-lasting customer relationships To perform the role of Sales Negotiator you will need:

Previous sales negotiator experience in the property sector Excellent customer service skills Strong communicator Drive and determination to succeed A full clean driving licence The Sales Negotiator package includes:
