The business are going through a really exciting growth period, and are investing into a number of new areas.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator for maternity cover. This role is primarily administrative, encompassing a range of tasks to support the smooth functioning of our sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinating press releases and managing LinkedIn postsOverseeing the sales order process and providing CRM input and supportScheduling meetings and taking minutes as neededArranging travel logistics, including bookings for hotels, car hire, and flightsExhibition support, involving the booking of stands, organizing equipment, and managing profilesHandling purchase orders (POs) and dealing with invoicesFacilitating lunch bookings as requiredConducting general administrative tasks on an ad hoc basisQualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales and marketing environmentProficiency in scheduling and travel arrangementsFamiliarity with social media platforms and CRM systemsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCapability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessaryThis is a temporary role due to maternity cover, but there is a high likelihood of extension at the end of the term.
